She is ... The Dark Keeper of the Jewels. Her hands and feet are bound by strips of cloth with writings on them. It is used by someone to control her and her powers. She's not supposed to be controlled, but she has been anyway. Saying more will be a spoiler for things to come.
She comes from a story [entitled Keeper of the Jewels] that I had in mind since highschool but can't seem to materialise. Most probably due to many restrictions. And I'm not sure whether to do it as a comic, or a novel or something...
*EDIT* added a bit more space at the top to balance it all out. Hope it is enough.
Specs
+ Preliminary sketch done on paper.
+ Inking and coloring done on PS7.
+ Working hours spent: 12
